Ramsey Tokunbo Nouah Jr, known short as Ramsey Nouah, is a popular Nigerian actor, film director, film producer, and businessman.


The handsome actor is a great personality in the Nollywood movie industry. He started his acting career at age 21 after considering a friend’s advice that he would be better at acting than singing.


At age 23, he featured in the Nigerian TV soap opera “Fortunes” as a character called “Jeff”. That aroused his fame and many people still refer to him as Jeff to date.
